Dear “Community Celebrations Caretaker”!
Thank you once again for supporting the initiatives that present our traditional local events created for our citizens and enjoyed by visitors as well.  We were saddened to cancel most of the events that required mass gatherings due to the Pandemic.  We were, however, pleased to provide holiday lighting in Schouler Park and Conway Information Center and the Annual New Year’s Eve Fireworks. 
We are hopeful that we will be able to return to the regular schedule of events  and appreciate your financial assistance in supporting the efforts of the Conway Parks & Recreation Dept., the Town of Conway and the Mt. Washington Valley Preservation Association in producing the 2021 line up of celebratory events.  
The community will be ready to get back to normal and what better way to start than:

Independence Day Parade, Entertainment and Fireworks
The Town of Conway funds and manages festivities on Sat. July 3^rd. Community Celebrations covers signage, meals, lodging and incidentals.
“Spirit of the Holidays” Events
Schouler Park and Conway Gateway Christmas decorations ready by Thanksgiving.
FREE Holiday on Ice Show - Dec. 6, 2021

New Year’s Eve Fireworks – Thursday, Dec. 31, 2021

It is our hope that we have earned your trust as stewards of the contributions we receive for these purposes and look forward to expanding them as funds and volunteer labor allow.
